Harvest: first half of October. The grapes are selected and hand-picked.
Vinification: In thermoconditioned stainless steel, with soft pressing of the grapes and brief maceration until ultimated alcoholic fermentation.
Refinement: At the end of the alcoholic fermentation, the wine is racked and left in brick tanks at least 10-12 months for maturation. After bottling, the wine refines for a month before being put up for sale.
Organoleptic characteristics: Ruby-red colour, powerful and persistent fragrance. Well-balanced and harmonic flavour with an evident typical note of Gaglioppo.
